Refunds

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

Do I Need to Ship It Back?

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps, which may include shipping the product back.

Either way, we’ll keep the process simple and clear.

International Orders

Return requests for international orders are accepted only in cases of damage or defect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted.
